We founded Sunniva with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!

Our Shipping Policy

Shopping in Mauritius :
We know that waiting for your delivery can be a bummer, which is why we aim to get your orders to you within 1-2 days, from Monday to Friday. If there's a delay, don't worry, we'll give you a heads up ASAP.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Also, if your order total is Rs 1500 or more, we offer free delivery. For orders less than Rs 1500, a delivery fee of Rs 200 will be applied.

To ensure that your delivery arrives at the right place, we rely on the address details you provide during checkout. Please make sure that these details are correct, and let us know if there are any changes or corrections that need to be made.

We take our delivery service seriously, but there may be some factors outside of our control that could affect delivery times. For example, extreme weather conditions may cause delays. If this happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience caused.

International orders :
At Sunniva, we are currently focused on providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience within Mauritius. While we do not currently offer international orders, we are exploring options to expand our reach in the near future.

Returns

We kindly remind our valued customers that it is important to inspect their order upon delivery. At Sunniva, we do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted or sale items, or gift cards. Please note that we also do not accept returns due to change of mind.

However, we do offer returns for valid reasons such as an incorrect size, fit problem, or defect, provided that you notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. In the case of a defective product, we will require clear photos of the defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all tags still intact and attached to the garment.

If we do not receive notification of any issues within 2 days of delivery, the products will be deemed to satisfy the product requirements and be of satisfactory quality.
